At NT Innovations, we strive to offer only the best in quality and service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we have a clear and customer-focused return and replacement policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.


🗓 Return Window

You can initiate a return or request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. We encourage you to inspect your product as soon as it arrives so that any issues can be resolved promptly.


✅ Conditions for Return & Replacement

To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and freebies (if any).

  • The product must not be physically damaged or show signs of wear caused by misuse or improper handling.

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase – order confirmation email or invoice.

  • For electronics and accessories, serial numbers must match and tamper seals should be intact.

Items like software, consumables, and products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.


🔄 Replacement Policy

If your item arrives in a damaged condition, is defective, or does not match the description, we offer a free replacement:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will arrange for a pickup and replacement after validating the claim.

  • If the product is not available for replacement, a full refund will be issued.


🚚 How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at support@ntinnovations.in or use the Contact Us form on our website.

  2. Provide your Order ID, product name, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  3. Once your request is verified, we will guide you through the pickup or return process.

  4. After successful inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.


💳 Refund Details & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, initiate a return request after delivery if eligible.
